I have uninstalled, re-doownload, and re-installed I don't know how many times, always tells me things are wrong that I know are ok - for example, it always says my network definitions need to be optimized, yet I have 25/15 service and always get 30/25 actual speeds, so what is unoptimized? That software is just junk IMHO, not needed at all. In fact it has never, ever worked correctly for me on Windows 7. I have never found a use for this program.
